I generally don't go to this or any coffee place but this day, I wanted a cool drink and a shady place to sit and read outside. After a tip from my co-worker I decided to head down and try the new Refreshers Starbucks was touting. I ordered a Large Lime. Rang up to $4.51 for this drink that didn't have more substance than iced tea. It was super yumm and refreshing, but the price tag will keep me from being a frequent customer.

Had a pretty nice espresso here which they served in ceramic instead of paper upon request. Really put off by the service, though. Cashier seemed put out that I only had a large bill and had to give me a lot of change - really. Barista busy talking with people (off work coworkesrs?) - too busy to make eye contact or say "your espresso is ready."

My friend ordered a drink this evening from a woman named "Kyle." She was extremely offensive and rude. She seemed to hate life and hate that she was a barista. She took out her miserable life out on my friend and me. In her perspective, it seemed as if we were portrayed as sexual predators, only looking to get her number. It was overall a rather unpleasant experience.

I enjoy this Starbucks, particularly for it's nice location and big windows that allow you to appreciate whatever festival or blizzard may be outside. It isn't the largest Starbucks but they do have a few seats, one larger table, a bar-style seating area, and two lounge chairs. When undergrads are out of town this is actually a very peaceful place!! Staff here has been very friendly and the restrooms are well kept. And it's Starbucks... so no need to state the obvious about selection and coffee...

This place is usually quick-in-quick-out. But I wouldn't study here. Why? The tables are usually all full, and it is cold as hell in there. The door(s) constantly opening and closing all the time let in way too much cold air for comfort. There is a nice big table, but just the 1. And it's always full. Like I said, I only stop in here for a quick coffee or latte on my way to/from work, or on break, because for whatever reason they're fairly efficient - which a lot of Starbucks tend not to be.

All the other coffee shops we walked by were closed on a Sat. night so we went here. Well, its like any other Starbucks accross the country. Has a nice sitting area but mostly chairs and tables. There was no decaf available but they offered to make some or give us an Americano. I went with the Americano and it was OK. A bit watery. Next time I'll skip the Americano and stick with either a straight decaf or latte.

This is the kind of neighborhood Starbucks that all Starbucks try to be: busy, teeming with locals, and centrally located. The baristas are good at making drinks, playing different kinds of music, and re-arranging furniture configurations to allow for a community vibe.

This Starbucks is conveniently located on my walk to work, so I stop off for a morning latte quite often. The baristas are always friendly and my drinks are always as-ordered (and I can be a picky "venti decaf skinny blah blah blah" customer). I wish I had more time to relax, as I love the atmosphere... but even if I did, there's hardly ever a seat open in the place (my only real gripe).

Starbucks is a known quantity, so I won't comment on their product, but this is definitely the most aesthetically pleasing location I've ever been in. Great location for people watching and seating is comfortable and plentiful with lots of natural light. Only a block away from the bus station, too, so it's a nice place to kill time when I'm waiting.

I'm a Stabucks fan. This location doesn't disappoint. Baristas are really friendly, coffee is phenomenal, and I can usually find a spot to sit and study.

Ann Arbor has several Starbucks locations, and this is one of the smaller but still relatively busy ones, from what I can tell. I've visited this location a few times, and have always had an enjoyable and standard Starbucks experience. The baristas are friendly, the drinks come out as ordered, and there's always been a place to sit and relax.

Starbucks. You know it, and either love it or hate it. This one has been given the redone interior with the bar style/large table seating, which of course means sitting places are at a premium. That said, it is downtown A2, so which place doesn't have a seating premium. Generally, it's all good.

One of the things I like about chains is continuity. Starbucks is no exception. I know I can go in and get a damned good cup of coffee at a decent price. I don't need anything fancy, just a good cup of joe.

I just went there this morning 3/5. I got a venti caramel macchiato and they literally filled it up 2/3 of the way. If your getting an almost 5 dollar drink I would sure hope they were going to give you the proper serving. Also it's my birthday, just really disappointing all around.

This star bucks has a great location right on the corner of E.Liberty and Main St.... The positives - great long big table for group study, theres comfy chairs and tables boardering the room. My ice coffee tasted SO bad from this location, dk why!! The line gets a bit backed up, since the register is right when you walk in the front door and all the their displays get you smushed into a 5th grade line up!

I've been here few times, but avoid this location as much as I can. The parking near this location sucks and the place is a lot smaller then other two locations, but you can't go wrong with the drinks. The workers are nice and friendly, never had issues with the staff working here.

I've gone to this Starbucks for years. Im on a first name basis with many of the baristas, and they know what i want usually before i do. Today, however, the staff outshone themselves. I mentioned something to the GM about my coffee having grounds in it when i when i took that last swallow..... Not only did he apologize, he hand delivered replacement coffee to my office around the corner!!!! complete with sweetener and cream!!! i was already a fan of this store, as its on the way to work for me and i go every morning (except during art fair or any other nightmare going on downtown), but now im committed to using this Starbucks all the time!!! Thank you Mitch and the rest of the staff for going far out of your way to make sure your customers are happy!!!

Frap time!!!!! Well, I don't "do" Starbucks as a "regular". I went there on Sunday with my Husband as we were just there to enjoy doing some "people watching". The starbuck's people were wonderful actually! They allowed us to buy a cold frap and take it outdoors to one of their outside table and chairs and sit and watch...watch..watch people to our hearts content! This Starbucks is exceptional because the workers are especially nice and it gives you that "small town" feel and appeal. We will get a frozen frap again and sit outside more times this Summer and we 'll have a great time doing so! OH and my daughter got a frozen passion tea type of smoothie.."mmmmm" yum it was "to die for"!! It was so great! You'll have to double check the name of the drink, but the barrista's will know what I'm talking about for sure! Go and enjoy this one on a hot day!

Starbucks. I've been deprived of this living in Perth. I totally love the birthday pops and green tea cream frappucino. I can totally live on this, minus the weight blow out The service here is speedy. Staff are friendly enough.

Can I go anywhere without finding a Starbucks to refresh myself? No, I think not. This was a medium to large store in an historic bank building in downtown Ann Arbor. We were on foot anyway for the day, so parking was not an issue. I really did not see any around, but then I was just a visitor who does not know the local secrets. There must be some. There are near mine at home. The drinks were good, the seating plentiful and the baristas friendly. I learned that this location will be completely shut down for part of the summer for a complete renovation and will be re-opening with not only a new interior but a Clover machine as well.
